No matter how often you use affirmations, the more emotive they are, the better they will work for you. You could say:
I only eat healthy foods.
But this would likely work better:
I faithfully choose to eat only those foods which provide me with radiant health and well-being.
Try to select words that inspire you personally. Everyone has their favorites - those special words that make you feel good just saying them. My personal favorite is the word ‘empowering’. Perhaps some of your favorites are on the list below?
